Dan Schwab
Co-President
Co-President Dan Schwab has worked with D&H Distributing since 1995, when he created the company's education division. Dan was named vice president of marketing at D&H in 2001, and his initiatives contributed to the company's continued growth of more than 10% each year ever since. He has driven efforts at D&H such as the convergence of digital technologies in both the small business and consumer spaces, and has been a key influence in D&H's ongoing pursuit of emerging solutions to deliver a competitive edge to its resellers. Dan has been profiled in more than a dozen high-tech publications and has been a featured keynote speaker at technology-based industry conferences across the US. He assumed the role of co-president, along with his brother Michael Schwab, in 2008.
Dan is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Schwab
Co-President
Co-president Michael Schwab began his D&H career in 1989 as an outside sales rep. in the Philadelphia area. In 1991, Michael joined the corporate group in the Harrisburg headquarters as director of merchandising. Over the years, he has overseen D&H's staff of product managers, which has grown from a department of two to the current group of more than 50 representatives. In 1999, Michael was promoted to vice president of purchasing where he played an integral role in establishing relationships with major D&H partners including ongoing relationships with Microsoft, and new SMB partnerships with Lenovo and Cisco Systems. His pursuit and other new vendor associations at D&H have led the distributor to become a go-to destination for industry leaders to deliver their solutions to the SMB marketplace. Michael assumed the role of co-president, along with his brother Dan Schwab, in May 2008.
Michael earned his BS of Economics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and completed a law degree in 1988 at Villanova University.

Marty Bauerlein
Chief Commercial Officer
Marty Bauerlein was named Chief Commercial Officer at D&H in 2023. Formerly Head of North America VAR Channels & Commercial Distribution at AMD, Marty has decades of IT channel leadership experience, including executive positions with two major distribution companies. Marty has driven billion-dollar sales initiatives, branding projects, and major global channel programs that have made him well-known across both the vendor and solution provider communities. He maintains long-standing relationships in the SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, which he leverages to lead D&H’s partner base toward new opportunities.

Kelli Walsh
Chief People Officer
After an extensive career in HR at a range of companies spanning both regional, global, public and private organizations, Kelli Walsh chose to join the D&H team in 2012. She originally served as Senior Director, Human Resources, and was later named Vice President, Human Resources in 2017. As Chief People Officer (CPO), Kelli's responsibilities include all "people-related" tasks and procedures, including a focus on recruitment, compensation, benefits and wellness, training and development, employee engagement and payroll services.
She brings D&H 20 years of experience in Human Resources, hailing from a range of industries such as manufacturing & distribution, industrial services and grocery retail. She has overseen human resources departments for small, private offices as well teams across the US and Canada for larger public organizations.

Tim Billing
Chief Operating Officer
Tim Billing joined D&H in 2015 as vice president of product management, global vendors to oversee the company's growth on select, strategic vendors. As Chief Operating Officer, Tim will help to drive D&H's ongoing growth strategy as the distributor increases its support of independent and SMB VARs selling more advanced technologies.
He brings 25 years of experience in the distribution channel to his role at D&H, including a recent executive position as vice president and executive director, vendor management and purchasing at Ingram Micro. He served in several roles in distribution over more than two decades in Canada, with responsibilities including the development of emerging markets spanning networking, unified communications, tablets, wireless and mobility and physical security. Additional positions have included an assistant vice president position at Computer Associates, Canada.

Brian Zukoski
Chief Financial Officer
Brian Zukoski joined D&H Distributing in 2023, bringing over 2 decades of IT distribution finance experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his career in the IT and distribution channel, Brian has navigated the complexities of operations in distribution with his strong international expertise and deep understanding of the IT vendor community, along with the industry nuances from procurement to payment. As CFO, Brian leads treasury and finance, credit and financial services, financial planning and analysis, as well as accounts payable and trade management, working across the entire organization to assist in prudent business decisions and developing plans for profitable growth.
